Our licensed home inspectors provide unbiased, detailed reports with repair recommendations, giving homeowners freedom to choose contractors and confidence in an honest, conflict-free inspection. We are able to provide you with repair estimates for areas of concerns as we are also a licensed general contractor.

Most reports are delivered within 24 hours of inspection time. You’ll get an easy-to-read report with photos, and a clear summary of priorities. We’re happy to review findings with you by phone or video call.
To schedule a re-inspection, please email the signed DDRA for our review. Re-inspections are confirmed after we receive the document and coordinate access.
