Chris at Guardian Inspections is wonderful! I’ve used other home inspection companies before but I will only use Guardian from now on! I had a last minute need and Chris was so flexible. He’s extremely personable and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained possible problem areas and helped me understand problems that could arise if areas were not addressed. Will be using again! Highly recommend!

Potential new dwelling inspected for purchase. I must admit that I was extremely impressed with the advanced technology software Guardian Inspections used. This is my third home purchase. Prior inspection reports were hard copies with an addendum listing the findings in numerical order. Today’s inspection report was received electronically with clear photographs; viewers can clearly see serial numbers, manufacture dates, damages in plain sight. It was awesome especially if you’re technology savvy!!! The report was very thorough. Highly recommend Guardian Inspections (home, termite and radon) for your next home inspection. It’s worth the time and expense.

Chris met with my husband and I over Zoom to go over our home inspection in great detail. He was super friendly and knowledgable, making suggestions of how to prioritize any work that needed to be done with the home.
