He kept my mother included who was attending the inspection via FaceTime and made sure we had multiple ways of contacting him if we had further questions about his findings.
It can be scary being a first time homebuyer and seeing dollar signs grow as you go through the inspection. However, Chris made sure to highlight what truly mattered vs. cosmetic repairs that could be done in the future.
