Professional and detailed. Definitely recommend them.

Thank you for my pre dry wall inspection and home inspection. Reports are very detailed and both inspectors have answered any questions. Thank you Chris and Paul

I was very happy with the scope of work the team did. I appreciate the aerial views using drones. The reports were quick and comprehensive.

Awesome experience—A+ service. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Thorough inspection and fast return of the report!

Great inspectors, very personable and thorough with pictures and videos of areas of the home. My realtor recommended them, and we would absolutely use them again.

Great experience. Chris was thorough and provided details in a way that I could understand

Awesome service , would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I was not able to be present for the inspecton. I am a first time home buyer. Chris was very professional, detail oriented, & informative. I was impressed & relieved at the same time. I feel confident in the out come of the inspection report. I will recommend Guardian Inspections to family & friends.
Thank you Guardian Inspections.
Best, Cimone

Very thorough during their inspection process, very professional and overall an amazing experience. We had 0 complaints. They made sure our home was in great condition before we moved in.

I am a local REALTOR ®️ and I partnered with Chris on a transaction for a manufactured home. He got septic, home, and well inspections done all in one day! My clients and I were so pleased with the convenience and how he walked us through all of his findings afterward. If you’re looking for someone to take the stress out of inspections – go with Chris!

Guardian Inspection’s team was very prompt in setting up our appointment tim and their communication was top notch. Paul was very thorough in explaining the findings of the inspection. Highly recommend them!
