Paul from Guardian conducted the inspection on a property that I made an offer on. He was very detailed and thorough, and was very helpful in discussing the specifics of the report. He has hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc…He’s a very personable guy who is excellent at explaining things in plain English. I highly recommend him/ Guardian!

Worked recently with Chris on multiple home inspections and he was extremely detailed, patient and just overall took his time with our clients so they would feel very comfortable with the details in the report.
