Guardian is such an amazing inspection company, from the beginning of scheduling their Admin Jen was very courteous and customer service top tier! She got us a perfect date for our inspection. Our tech was Chris who is also the owner. Chris did an outstanding job, the walk thru was very informative and made us feel comfortable and answer all questions we had. Highly recommend
