Potential new dwelling inspected for purchase. I must admit that I was extremely impressed with the advanced technology software Guardian Inspections used. This is my third home purchase. Prior inspection reports were hard copies with an addendum listing the findings in numerical order. Today’s inspection report was received electronically with clear photographs; viewers can clearly see serial numbers, manufacture dates, damages in plain sight. It was awesome especially if you’re technology savvy!!! The report was very thorough. Highly recommend Guardian Inspections (home, termite and radon) for your next home inspection.
